Salureva makes relief devices to be used at home. Not in a clinic, not by appointment. At home, in the evening, when the pain comes back and everything is closed.
Why we exist
Chronic back and neck pain has one awkward property: it rarely shows up at a moment when somebody can help you. It arrives after a day on your feet, after three hours in the car, or at two in the morning. Almost every existing option requires an appointment, a journey and a waiting room.
We make devices that do part of that work at your house, in fifteen minutes, without anybody needing to set them up for you.
What our devices do, and what they do not
Our devices combine three actions that physiotherapy has used for a long time: traction, which eases the vertebrae apart and takes pressure off the nerve; heat, which relaxes the muscle deeper down; and vibration, which works the muscles along the spine.
They relieve pressure and tension. They do not cure a herniated disc, they do not replace a physiotherapist, and they do not replace your doctor. If you have had back surgery or you are on a course of treatment, ask for their opinion before ordering. We will send you the technical specifications to pass on if that helps.

Designed for hands that hurt
Our customers are between 50 and 75. That changes everything about the design: one button, large type, a one-page manual, a device that stops on its own and stores upright against a wall. If you have to call somebody to set it up, we have failed at our job.
Our commitments
- 90 nights to try it. Use the device as long as you like. If it changes nothing, write to us and we send a prepaid return label. Refund within 5 working days of it arriving back. This is on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
- The price stays the price. No countdown timers, no fake stock counts, no discount that reappears every week. A launch offer ends on a date, and that date does not move.
- Someone answers. A real phone number, real opening hours, and a person who knows the device and uses it.
- 2-year warranty, with no registration and no form to fill in.
