What it does
Three therapies run in one fifteen-minute cycle. A 26° arch eases the vertebrae apart so the disc has room. Heat at 42 °C follows, held against the muscle for five minutes. Vibration finishes, running along the muscles either side of the spine. You press once and lie down.
What is in the box
The device, a machine-washable cover, the mains lead and a printed guide in large type. Nothing to charge, nothing to assemble.

“Fourteen months of sciatica. I use it before dinner and I sleep through the night now. My daughter set it up once and I have not needed help since.”

I get round the whole market again
“I could manage a hundred metres and then my legs turned to lead. Six weeks of this and I get round the whole market again. I still stop once, but I get there.”

The mornings are short now
“The mornings were the worst part, an hour before I was any use. That is down to about ten minutes now. It did not happen in the first week, mind.”

What fifteen minutes gives back
Three things people tell us change first.
Days without the ache
The stiffness stops building by four o’clock.
Muscles that let go
Heat and vibration settle what stays braced.
Sleep through the night
Lie down without shifting to find a position.
The opening the nerve leaves through
The pain that runs down your leg is usually not the muscle it is felt in. It is the nerve root, pressed where it leaves the spine through a narrow opening between two vertebrae.
That opening is the intervertebral foramen, and it narrows with age. The disc in front of it loses height, and the muscles either side stay tight to guard it.
Painkillers quiet the signal. A heat pad reaches the muscle. Neither changes the opening. Traction does: lying back over a 26° arch opens the space at the back of the disc, so the nerve has room.
The order is the point. Open it, warm it while it is open, then vibration so the muscle stops tightening around it. It will not rebuild a disc, and it will not touch a neuropathy that begins in the feet.
26°
the arch that opens it
One cycle, three things at once
Traction
A 26° arch supports the small of your back and lets your own weight ease the vertebrae apart, so the disc has room to sit back where it belongs.
26° arch · 8 minutes
Heat
Heat rises to 42 °C and holds there against the muscle. Warm tissue takes up fluid more readily and lets go of a guard it has been holding for months.
38 to 42 °C · 5 minutes
Vibration
Vibration runs along the two bands of muscle either side of the spine, at one of three intensities, so the muscle stops splinting once the gap is open.
3 levels · 2 minutes
Two years and €50,000 in R&D
Two years, and just over €50,000, before this was a device we would put our name on. Most of it went on the parts nobody sees.
The arch angle took the longest. Too shallow and it does nothing. Too steep and nobody over sixty can get back up again. 26° is where both of those stop being a problem.
The heat panel had to hold 42°C edge to edge and stop itself at fifteen minutes. The whole thing had to stay under two kilos, so it can be carried without help. And it has one button: every version with more than one tested worse.
Three steps, then your evening is yours
Step 1: Put it down on the floor, the bed or the sofa.
Step 2: Lie back over the arch and press once.
Step 3: Fifteen minutes later it stops on its own.
Once a day, in the evening. Nothing to charge, no app, no subscription.
The ones we are asked most
How soon will I feel a difference?
Most people feel looser straight after the first session, and that wears off. The change worth having usually shows up in the second week, once you have used it most evenings. If nothing at all has changed after three weeks, tell us and we will take it back.
Will it help my particular problem?
It does one thing: it opens the space between the vertebrae in your lower back, warms the tissue and relaxes the muscle around it. If your pain comes from that space being narrow, it should help. If it comes from somewhere else, it will not, and no device that costs €130 will. The ninety nights exist so you can find out which you are without risking anything.
I have neuropathy. Is this the answer?
Possibly not, and we would rather say so. Neuropathy from diabetes, from chemotherapy or from a vitamin deficiency does not start in the back, and nothing you put under your spine will change it. Where the burning comes from a nerve being compressed in the lower back, this may help. Ask whoever diagnosed you which of the two you have.
Can I use it if I have a slipped disc?
Ask your doctor first. Traction is used in physiotherapy for exactly this, but a disc that is already herniated is not something to experiment with on your own.
Is it hard to get down onto the floor?
You do not have to. It works just as well on a bed or a firm sofa, which is how a good number of our customers use it.
How hot does it actually get?
It settles at 42 °C, which is a warm bath rather than a hot one. It cannot go above that and it cuts out at the end of the cycle whether or not you have fallen asleep.
Is it noisy?
The vibration is audible but quiet, about the level of a fridge. You can have the television on.
What if it does not suit me?
Ninety nights to decide. Write to us and we arrange the collection, free, and refund you in full.
Do you ship to France?
Yes. Everything goes out from the Netherlands and arrives in two to four days, tracked, with no delivery charge.
